The first phase lasts 14 days, and you can eat lean meats (beef, chicken, and fish), lean cheese, skim milk, vegetables, oils, gelatins, beverages and sugar. In the second step, you can eat small servings of bread, rice, potatoes, pasta, and fruit. The third stage is of maintenance, and can be maintained for as long as the patient wishes to maintain a proper weight, following the instructions of The South Beach Diet

The Lemonade Diet
Known in its early days as the Master Cleanse Diet, this system was used to detoxify the body of accumulated waste, originated by a poor diet and a sedentary lifestyle. This is a liquid diet and involves taking a daily drink containing lemon, water, organic maple syrup, and cayenne pepper. The diet also includes an intake of a mixture of water and salt in the morning early . You can continue with this system for a period of 5-14 days. It is a fasting system, and therefore should be followed closely by a nutritionist. It basically has the support of the  fasting supporters, and the opposition of those who think that fasting can cause dizziness, vomiting, headache, loss of nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and a reduction of the muscle mass.

All medical recommendations are worthy of consideration, but it is also true that with balance and moderation, we can eat all kinds of food and maintain our health and proper weight throughout life.
